  1. Service Requests: Clients must provide accurate and detailed information when submitting service requests to ensure appropriate matching with a handyman.
  2. Matching Process: HandyLeap will assign a suitable handyman based on the client's requirements, availability, and location.
  3. Pricing and Payment: Clients will receive a quote for the requested services. Payment is required upon acceptance of the quote and will be securely processed through HandyLeap's platform.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds: Clients may cancel a service request within a specified timeframe prior to the scheduled service. Refunds for cancellations will be handled in accordance with HandyLeap's cancellation policy.
  5. Service Satisfaction: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback upon completion of the service. Any issues should be reported promptly to HandyLeap for resolution.
  6. Liability: HandyLeap is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from services provided by handymen. Clients agree to hold HandyLeap harmless from any claims arising from the services rendered.

Terms of Use for Contractors (Handymen)

  1. Registration and Verification: Contractors must provide accurate personal and professional information during registration. HandyLeap reserves the right to verify credentials and conduct background checks.
  2. Acceptance of Jobs: Contractors have the discretion to accept or decline job offers. Acceptance constitutes an agreement to perform the services as described and at the agreed-upon price.
  3. Service Standards: Contractors are expected to perform services professionally, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
  4. Payment Processing: HandyLeap will process client payments and disburse funds to contractors upon successful completion of services. Contractors are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their earnings.
  5. Cancellations and No-Shows: Contractors must notify HandyLeap promptly if unable to fulfill a job commitment. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
  6. Liability and Insurance: Contractors are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their services. Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage is recommended.
  7. Compliance with Laws: Contractors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing and permit requirements.
